Return & Refund Policy – NoVape

At NoVape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.


Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • For defective or damaged items, we will offer a replacement or refund even if the packaging has been opened (see “Defective or Damaged Products”).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned if opened:

  • Nicotine Free Strips

  • Flavour Filters

  • Any product that has been used or unsealed


Refunds

Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@novape.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at [support@novape.com] before sending it back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.
